This is my first time working with Robert for inspecting an investment property I am buying in Windsor. Though I have had multiple home inspections done across GTA, I have never come across a guy as detailed and thorough as Robert. I loved his attention to details and report presentation. Hello Robert,On paper your presentation is meticulous. I have reserved one "star" until I am able to go to the site & check out your findings against the physical defects of the Property. It all happened too quickly for my comfort, therefore, I would have preferred to be on the spot when you did the Inspection. As a "female" businessman, I have been cheated by most "males" moreso in Canada than America. However, you did a "fantastic" Report given such short notice. Thanks very much.Ruby

I would highly recommend using Robert to complete your home inspection, especially if you are a first-time home buyer! He is very patient and more than willing to let you shadow him/ask questions while he is completing the inspection. He is extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and prompt. We received a detailed report within a few hours of him completing the inspection. He is transparent regarding the issues he identifies and provides further info to help you gauge the urgency of the issue and if the fix is likely to be major or minor. Shadowing Rob throughout the inspection helped strengthen our knowledge of the home and provided us with the information we needed to be confident that we were making a decision that was best for us.

Robert did an amazing job with home inspection. You would know his dedication with his job. He inspect the property thoroughly. He inspect without biased with seller or buyer. Amazing job. He goes above and beyond with inspection. Very detailed with the report and send the report quickly. He explains everything to you whatever he can find. Rob did such an amazing job. His inspection is very thorough and you can tell that he takes pride in his work. His report had everything from cracked window seals to plugs missing a cover plate. There are too many people out there today who rush through their work just to get paid, Rob is certainly not one of those people. My realtor had nothing but compliments for the inspection process.I would highly recommend using Redmond Home Inspections.

Robert was absolutely fantastic and thorough. I was relocating from another province and looking at a house built in the early 80's so an inspection was very important to me.Robert was the perfect person for the job. So much experience and the reports are very detailed. Easy to talk to before and after the repot makes you feel really good about your knowledge of the property so you are in charge and know what you would be purchasing.Great overall experience and i would highly recommend Robert

Robert worked very efficiently but did a very thorough job inspecting a house. He was able to come last minute before a purchase! He was able to get the report completed within a short amount of time; which was detailed. I was very happy with his inspection and would recommend for sure!

Robert was absolutely amazing. To begin, Robert was able to meet us at our prospective house within 20 minutes of us calling him. He actually got to the house before we did.Upon arriving, he was courteous and greeted us while explaining exactly how the home inspection was going to go as we are first time home buyers and this was also our first home inspection.When the inspection started, he was extremely thorough and explained which items he had seen needed to be taken care of right away and which items could wait. He explained everything in layman's terms so that it was easy to understand and it wasn't just a bunch of technical jargon.All in all, Robert was incredible and I will be recommending him whenever the topic comes up.
